Jim took the time to come out and develop the best possible solar solution for our house, his team were efficient and professional when installing and our bills are now around $400-$500 per quarter. Proof that they aren’t just in it for the sale, a few months after installation Jim called to let me know one day my system wasn’t generating any power - it was simply that the switch had tripped on the power board and I was able to turn it back on with no issues, Jim still had his team come out and check the system that day to make sure there were not any faults. We contacted Nepean Solar Solutions because we wanted someone local, who we could contact in person as well as online and who was established in the area.  We had done some research prior only to find that some who said they were good for our area were indeed from interstate and did not quote for the quality of materials as promised on their website.  From the start Nepean Solar Solutions were prompt to respond to our enquiry, very helpful and clear in their communication, provided  sound information and styled a system particularly to our needs.  They provided a written quote within a few days and the system was installed with great efficiency and professionalism 2 weeks later.  Part of the installation included an app on our phones that showed the performance of the system in real time.  After conversion of our home to fibre with the corresponding changes of Internet address and security Nepean Solar Solutions were helpful in ensuring our links were updated and working.
